This week, Brenda Anderson, the World Food Travel Association’s Ambassador in Scotland, taught a Food Tourism Masterclass in Glasgow, Scotland’s most vibrant city. Eighty first-year Travel & Tourism students enjoyed a 2-hour seminar in the recently opened City of Glasgow College Supercampus. Brenda was employed at the college as Head of Department for Food Studies until starting her own food tour and tasting events company, Tasting Scotland.
